TIFU. I posted wrong on r/mildlyinfuriating.

Today I posted about my awful living situation with my psychotic 40-year-old brother who constantly foams at the mouth and tries to stab me. However, instead of posting a picture of him or my several stab wounds, I posted an image of Mario and friends from the Mario movie. Now, I like the Mario movie as much as the next guy, but we all know this had nothing to do with the post! No brother in sight, unless you're talking about the Mario brother. Now, I got downvoted to hell and back, and there were a ton of people in my replies thinking I was a troll, an AI, or just a psychotic brother myself. The moderators of that subreddit got the post locked within 15 minutes and I was ridiculed. I suppose THIS situation was r/mildlyinfuriating, heh.

TL;DR: I posted about something serious but with the wrong image, reddit people thought I was a troll.
