TIFU by over sharing with my boss (trigger warning?)

TLDR/ I told my boss about the time I got roofied.

TIFU bc I shared about the time I was roofied with my boss. I am a terribly awkward person, but me and my boss have a pretty good relationship and work well together. Note: we’re both women so maybe I felt a tad safer sharing this infrequently shared information? But we were casually talking about true crime podcasts and how dangerous things can be and I said “yea me and some friends were recently talking about being roofied and it happened to me when I was doing blah blah” and I instantly felt the mood shift and tried to cover it all up with humour. Unsure if that worked. But oh my god I walked out mortified. I don’t find it vulnerable to talk about bc I was safe and nothing happened, thank god for good friends! But I don’t know why I shared that with my boss.

My girlfriend and I have been together for 9 months or so and things have been up and down but I love her a lot and she loves me a lot.
