So I decided today to take my son to the park in his pram. It’s a nice Autumn/Winter day. Wrapped him up warm and put him in his pushchair and took the bread from the fridge because it was just the crust bits at the ends.
So we get to the park, my son is loving the walk, I take the route to get to the pond and take the bread out. All of a sudden, what felt like 500 pigeons were on us. They were everywhere including ducks, swans and seagulls. They kept landing on my sons head and they were all over my arms. My son was laughing and enjoying it while I was sh—ting my pants. I couldn’t move and we were stuck because one side of us is the pond and the other side is a fence with a bench. We could only go forwards or backwards and I was petrified of running them over with the pushchair. More and more came at us, my son was watching them all and laughing whilst I was crying. All this reminded me of Alfred Hitchcock’s: The Birds. I decided to just keep going forward. We managed to get home with one or two pigeons still on us. I’m terrified now that we’re going to get diseases or something.
TL;DR: Took my son to the park, feeding ducks turned into Alfred Hitchcocks The Birds but with pigeons. Scared of getting any diseases.
