TIFU by singing an inappropriate song loudly when visitors walked into my lab

This happened a week ago.

Back in mid 2010s when flash games were all rage, there was this game series called "d0ucheb@g" where you play as vapid protagonists to get hot and popular to land a spot in trashy reality tv shows. It was made to make fun of guidos/guiduettes. The last game, "douchebag chick" had pretty addictive songs and they have been living rent free in my head for weeks now.

I work in a lab where almost no one ever comes to visit because everyone else works in different parts of the building and my manager works in a different site. Sometimes my dept head comes to say hi but that's about it.

A week ago, I completely forgot that we'd have visiting customers on-site and I was supposed to make the lab look pristine and make myself look super professional. But because I forgot, my lab was super messy with several experiments being run all at the same time. I have no one else to help me so I gotta be resourceful and constantly multi-tasking.

That was fine, but I also had headphones on me and a mp3 player at full volume, and I was singing the graphic lyrics loudly while completely unaware of my dept head and visitors walking in behind my back. I looked up and saw reflections on the windows - it was cloudy outside so the light inside reflected back - and I could see my head dept's face completely gobsmacked.

I put down my headphone and literally ran to turn off the mp3 player, and put my best smile to the half scandalized and half amused visitors. I acted as if nothing had happened and gave a quick lab tour for 10 minutes.

I was later called into the head's office and she had me swear to never play loud music, or any music while I m working.

TLDR; played a loud obscene music and visitors saw me sing it

TIFU by telling the whole bus I am sleeping with my coworker.

Alright so basically I didn't do anything wrong. We were friends before but we didn't do anything inappropriate when he had a fiancee. But we were working together (different positions, it wasn't a problem but sleeping with your coworker still sounds like asking for trouble) and his fiancee knew who I was however we never spoke. TIFU By asking my Sister to watch our brother while I rested…
