So this all started yesterday. Everything was so stressful and nothing was going right for me. I(16F) had a headache and that thing where you feel like there's fluid on your nose similar to when you get shoved under water and it hurt.
So this morning, everything felt worse, my throat started hurting too and I could barely speak. So I thought..."I bought this hair dye yesterday, what if I just dye my hair so I could do something I can control for once?"
My mom(39F) didn't like it, when she saw me dying my hair blue, she said "it's your hair, it's your choice and it's your fault once all your hair fall out" after that, I knew she was angry. She's in the living room talking about how this is gonna ruin my hair more(because my hair was already damaged before I dyed it)
She kept saying that she told me multiple times that she's already told me multiple times that I should stop dying my hair. Now I feel guilty, she's mad and nothing is getting better.
I want to apologize to her but when I do, things just get worse and she says apologies can't fix what's already done. My dad can't be of any help because in situations like this, unfortunately he's emotionally unintelligent.
TL;DR: My mom told me multiple times to stop dying my damaged hair, I was having a rough day beforehand and decided to dye my hair to do something I can control and she obviously got mad.
Edit:‼️ TRIGGER WARNING ‼️we have a weird relationship with each other because her brother, my uncle sa'd me when I was young and I told her, she didn't believe me until 2 years later when I was 9. Her guilt probably turned into resentment overtime because I wouldn't forgive nor forget
