TIFU: By Not Taking My Shot

So there's this girl I like, she always clocks in hours after I clock in. She's been on the job almost as long as I have, but we don't really talk to each other, infact we don't talk at all. Mostly eye contact and all that. Lately I've been getting the vibe of attention from her, so today she clocks in hours ahead, and that's about the time I clock in. I normally have a 30mins to 1hr rest time before I get into my work. She walks up to the seat beside mine, because it's a big hall and you have lots of seats. But then I decide to "Mind my own business", and keep to myself. When fate presented me with a huge smile, I turn it to a lime. Some guy from administration walks up to her and gives her a good conversation and I just feel like such a douchhe bag. The golden opportunity...popped by my inability to coordinate my emotions.

TL;DR I had this one golden shot, and I still missed it. What a shame!.
