So basically I had told my team and manager that I was taking Friday off last week but I don't have a lot of leave so I said I wanted to make up the workday on Saturday. Nobody seemed to think it was a big deal.
So I just fill out my timecard as 40 hours like normal and head out and work on Saturday nbd.
Anyways apparently my computer has a tattle tale because i eventually got asked if I worked that Friday cause no activity and I said that am not allowed to flex hours. So got reprimanded for falsifying my time card and warned about fraud.
So I had to go back and fix my time cards which meant week 1 was now 32 hours and they retroactively removed some of my pay, but then week 2 was 48 hours and OT was not approved so I only got paid for 40.
TL;DR Basically tried to swing a shift on the down low, got caught, pay docked and reprimanded but still worked an 80 hour pay period.
