TIFU by having autocorrect enabled on my phone

I normally keep autocorrect off on my phone because I don't really use it and find it more irritating than just trying to keep on top of my own spelling. After resetting my phone I didn't realise I hadn't turned off autocorrect. Fast forward to today, I'm sharing a post about how my Facebook page is a safe place for trans people, and in the caption I write "any hate towards trans folks will not be tolerated" at least that's what I thought I wrote... in the post "trans" had autocorrected to "transformers" and like the idiot I am I didn't notice until I was messaged about being insensitive and joking about the LGBT community. This was obviously not my intention and I'm so embarrassed. I've since tired to explain my mistake and edited the post but this feels like one of those moments I'm going to think about for the rest of my life as I'm trying to sleep at night.

TL;DR : trans autocorrected to transformers on a post I made and I didn't realise until people thought I was being openly transphobic.

My girlfriend and I have been together for 9 months or so and things have been up and down but I love her a lot and she loves me a lot.
